SellFinder Privacy Policy

SellFinder stores your email address, selected product interests, optional country and language preferences, and consent choices to create your community registration and provide your welcome gift. Your email is not publicly displayed.

Product recommendations and marketing emails are optional. You can receive your gift without opting in to marketing.

We record campaign tags and use a random session identifier to measure visits, interest selection, form starts and completed registrations. No email, interest names, IP address or raw page URL is stored in these session measurements. We also record unique gift downloads and store visits to understand which campaigns lead to registrations. We do not include your email in outgoing store links. Test registrations are separated from campaign results. If optional Meta ad measurement is configured, it is enabled only after you choose Allow. You can change this choice on the registration page. After you allow measurement, Meta may receive a registration event from our server with browser information, your IP address and Meta measurement cookies when available. The browser and server events use the same random identifier to avoid duplicate counts. We do not send your email address or selected interests through this measurement.

Essential cookies keep your gift session active for up to 24 hours. A gift link sent by email, when available, expires after 7 days. We use hosting and email providers to operate the service.

Our optional referral program uses a personal sharing code and records which new members joined through it. Qualified referrals require a confirmed email and consent to product updates. Partners receive their own tracked links. Link request counts may include repeat visitors or automated scanners and are not unique-person counts. We record the first request for a marketing email link to understand campaign response; your email is not included in destination links. If you request a merchant-approved welcome coupon, we store its offer, issuance and redemption status with your membership. The merchant receives a generated coupon code; this feature does not send your email address to the merchant. A paid-order notification can record the store order identifier and coupon redemption. Keep your personal coupon private. We keep consent history and suppression records to respect unsubscribe requests and delivery failures. Product emails include links to manage your interests and unsubscribe. Personal membership links provide access to your preferences: keep them private.
